✓ Presented to Alliance for Children & Families a HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) solution that streamlined inputs and outputs in an efficient and economical manner, which gained 48+ hours in productivity, resulting in 600 extra hours a year in opportunity cost (valued at an estimated $10,000 in grant money).
✓ Researched and developed a Competitive Analysis matrix consisting of 45 company threats, reviewed top threats based on a point scale and SWOT analysis.
✓ Managed all social media profiles included Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Increased Facebook page ‘likes’ by 300% and had an average of 1,600 Weekly Organic Impressions.
