I have written advertising copy for the likes of the UFC, Unilever and Motorola and more.

I teach guitar, bass, music theory and the intangibles of musicianship.

Jazz, rock and shred are my specialties. I also teach unusual techniques such as touchstyle tapping.

I'm an independent/unsigned musician, composer and sound designer who goes by the alias of Xij.

I write a combination of jazz, prog, ambient, dubstep and orchestral music.

I don't release albums, just individual tracks and remixes.

Sourcing & writing pharmaceutical stories

I've written part of the Creative Media curriculum at Mapalim, which is used on the Apprenticeship programs for students studying graphic design, mixed media and photography.

Journalist covering consumer electronics and home computing, amongst other things.

Sourced, wrote and sub edited stories for the website, increasing website content by working very quickly to produce quality copy that would engage our readership.

Engaged FHM readership by Managing FHM's facebook presence

Conducted interviews with many people from different walks of life, including A List celebrities, professional gamblers and the like.

Liaised with PRs to generate interesting promotional content and opportunities for the readership

Pitched print content FHM magazine.

Moderated user image submissions.

Contributed my own photography where appropriate, this included travel and food images.

Wrote persuasive and concise advertising text to insane deadlines for advertorials.

Received immersive, in depth journalism and technical writing training.

Contributed features and editorial work to Catch 22 Magazine.

Used social media and traditional sources to research and generate interesting written content.

Worked on search engine optimized copy, and revised old listings for ecommerce products. I wrote up to date articles and news stories for RSS syndication, and built keyword optimized gateway websites to direct traffic

As a result I rebuilt a number of high profile websites that has become outdated, built user friendly content for newly created websites and wrote informative copy that pushed the business up the search engine rankings, consequentially improving market awareness
