- Mar 2004 - PresentProject Coordinator / Weight Watchers Suomi OyResponsible of the content of WWFI food database that contained nutrition information of >10 000 foods sold in Finland. My duty was to maintain and develop the process and data of how the data was exported, updated and imported on yearly basis with >300 different companies involved in the process. Also I was webmaster and maintained the content of WWFI for the duration of my contract. I also gave general tech support at the office and helped the company to develop various parts of their IT processes. I developed a intranet for WWFI (LAMP) and a weight-measure -service (LAMP+JS) for customers that they can use to monitor their weights.
- Jun 2000 - PresentTrainee / PCC Scotland LtdWorked with on site engineers. They pretty much taught me how to deal with customers in so many ways that it is ever possible. I always get good feedback on how I manage to talk with non tech people in a way that they feel that they understand everything and these engineers at PCC Scotland are the people that I owe everything on this matter. I helped them with general computer upgrades, printer maintenance and hardware installations.
