Master of the Univ.. ermh.. Finnish slice of WW Food database. DB data maintenance, technical planning of massive data export & update projects. Those project also included watching after small team of people who helped me with DB projects that required a lot of manual work. Responsible of all devices that could somehow be linked to IT. Yes, light bulbs count as they have electricity inside and computers run also with electricity so 1+1 ;)

They had a party, I had lot's of free time => I made simple party advertisements with a really short notice.

Couple of months on learning how to be a great "Help desk". During this period I found out the wisdom and the ways behind successful tech dudes => listen what they say and try to understand customers problems from their point of view and choose your words wisely when you explain things.
