The front page of WordPress.com is snowing, I love the atmosphere of winter!! Christmas is not far away… There should be snow to make Christmas like Christmas-best holiday in the whole year. My friends are leaving for Korea, Japan, Taiwan and etc for the holiday and winter break. When the finals are done, I need to make some plans for the holiday too*.* (Hope I can get a not bad result from this semester!)
Found a few cool commercials of DHL based on similar theme- “We deliver everything”! No matter if it is something alive, or something abstract, the delivery service will surprise customers worldwide.
The first one is from Korea, when a young woman kissed the delivery man in tears. The next scene was the man hesitated for a second and kissed another young man in deep emotion. Though such an abstract thing, DHL promises to deliver your massage accurately!! Here is the link:
And this second video is from Australia and it tried some goods alive! A cute cat was napping in a room full of sunshine, she looked so relaxed and comfortable taking her nap until the package came. A bird unlocked the wooden case accidentally when a malevolent-looking dog jumped out!The moment, the poor cat was scared to death and dash out of the door, leaving her body shape hole on the door. The short clip is so funny and impresses viewers. Here is the link:
The third video tries to emphasize that DHL deliver to wherever far away place in the world. The “Tibet” titled commercial described a delivery man climbing mountains in storm and finally handed the package to the little boy monk. Good concept! The link as follows:
This definitely ranks the first of my favorite commercial of the week. A bottle of water can be this sexy!!It gives the Perrier Mansion water a theme which was described in an entertaining way. Plus the website is designed to be interactive so that drag viewers’ attention. I don’t know if Dita is a special name that will trigger certain imagination, but the character is a stunner!
There is no way you don’t check this creative website for Perrier Mansion.
Note: the download may take a bit long, be patient and you will be impressed!^^
Most importantly, Here is the Link: http://www.perrierbydita.com/
I was browsing the internet, and came across this video, liked it! The background must called “Heart of Glass” was great, matched the scene, sexy and dynamic. The girls first appeared in red were painting the car while dancing with music; later the guys in uniform lined up to check the properties of the car. A record taker white smiled when the car made a perfect drift in speed in front of him even the mud splashed on his white shirt. Everyone working on the platform seem happy at the moment and this is the theme. Car made of human touch!!
This semester, there is a course called Issue Management which the professor subscibed WSJ for everyone to keep in pace with the social issues. Whenever I tured to the second page, there would be a bunch of ads circle the whole page. WSJ advertisement has a certain pattern that on 2nd page, there must be post commercials for watches, brandyhandbags, and celebraty wearing a luxury suit of Italian or French bran.. most of which are not like common people can afford.
WSJ commercials targeted a certain social class considered to be the elites. I agree the position is strategic, but does it really necessary to have 2 whole pages to promote the coffee machine? Entitled “THE NEW COFFEE CULTURE IS: UNIQUE”…
Fancy Colorful Coffee
Italian ** * Luxury Brand!
I believe the main point of the article is that FB is more a tool for socially networking while Twitter is more of triggering click-through which is important to advertise.. Because of their difference in their system, the author suggests different approaches to increase engagement. The click does not mean an action..
For FB, optimize the “LIKE” button and be active in activities. Highlight the content you want people to read and try to engage other friends with streaming.
While when it comes to Twitter, try to catch the value of what you want other users to understand. Be creative in spreading out the idea, and be relevant to the trend. And the last thing is try to know how to reward..in a social networking sense.
It is amazing that Twitter click-through rate is much higher than Facebook!
Here is the link, and there are other Data based analysis about social network media!
Yes, a moment of people’s life, a chilling moment of the youth in a bar, a busy moment in subway in Japan, a happy moment of kids playing baseball, a weird moment you dance with a doll, an euphoria moment of riding carousel with dear lover, a brutal moment of political coup, or a desperate moment stucked in snow storming and etc… all kinds of those emotional seconds in anybody whatever nationality. This is a great idea to collect video from all around the world to make the movie. The idea itself is not that much creative, but it shows a broad love and caring about the world we all live in!! which I love the most..
