Currently fulfilling a position within the KPN Young Potential Program as customer experience marketeer for the KPN Mobile portfolio. My focus is developing and improving online projects like the customer self-service environment, social media and mobile apps.

    The focus within the customer development marketing team is creating opportunities which increase both value to the customer and value to the firm. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an important KPI next to profit.

    My focus is developing and improving online projects like the customer self-service environment, social media and mobile apps. Furthermore responsible for developing initiatives on the Pre-paid customer base.

    Main focus is improving customer service and intensifying collaboration between the four sales & service channels, acting more as a multi-channel organisation.

    As a side project also worked on embedding the use of social media and webcare within KPN.
