 This includes systems supporting the eligibility for OTDA’s programs such as Food Stamps and Cash Assistance
 System includes 4.5 million lines of COBOL and 10,600 source elements

The maintenance of the website includes constant updates of information, as well as aesthetics.

Creation and design of images using Fireworks and Photoshop;

Delivered high-value support services and customer service pertaining to computers used by students and faculty.

Worked in call-center and helped provide customer service to those who called and to quickly diagnose the problem.

Filed and helped send out mass mailings.
