The Cornelius

The Cornelius Apartments are located in prestigious Belltown and nestled in the heart of downtown Seattle.  The apartment homes were built in 1925 and just completed a full interior and exterior renovation in December 2010.  The renovation includes new flooring, counter tops, fixtures, accents walls, appliances and upgraded cabinets.  In-light of the renovation, the Cornelius maintains its vintage charm and historic grandeur.

The Cornelius  is conveniently located with-in walking distance of many of downtown Seattle’s “hot spots”.  Many residents bike or walk to work and enjoy Belltown’s bustling nightlife, entertainment, and shopping.  All residents have access to a state of the art exercise facility, WIFI lounge, game room, laundry center and storage areas located through-out the building.  The Cornelius boasts some of the most spectacular views that downtown Seattle has to offer including Puget Sound, the Space Needle, Lake Union and the Lights of the Emerald City.

The Cornelius  provides  a profesional on-site management and maintenance team.  When you rent with us, you’re not just a resident, you’re a neighbor. We’re going to listen to your needs, return your calls promptly and address your concerns.  We are dedicated to ensuring your total satisfaction and will follow through on all of our commitments to you.   We are here to assist you Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
