I do product marketing at Foursquare and help run Her Girl Friday, a group that produces events with good vibes and real takeaways for female journalists and nonfiction storytellers. Johannesburg born and California raised, I've been New York-based since 2005. You can find me in Brooklyn hosting game nights and fort parties, cooking up a storm, and trying to keep my plants alive.
A startup crackerjack with a background in reporting and linguistic anthropology, I've got strong writing chops and an ever-improving arsenal of marketing, community building, and product skills. Johannesburg born and California raised, I'm currently based in Brooklyn, where you can find me hosting game nights and fort parties, cooking up a storm, and trying to keep my plants alive.

ClearHealthCosts is working to bring transparency to the health-care marketplace with the help of grants from the CUNY Journalism School and IWMF. As a freelance consultant, I assisted with content and social media strategy, branding, and messaging.
Introduced at the 2009 TED Conference, Trust Art empowers artists to finance socially innovative public art projects. During my time at Trust Art we put an art park in Bushwick and at the New Museum, installed public sculptures from Brooklyn to Burning Man, created a pop-up school, put a perfume fountain in Greenpoint, gathered dreamers for larger-than-life portraits around the world, and more.
