    BigStage.com was a free and paid avatar creation service and the online platform for instantly expressing the 'Digital You' through a diverse array of online media, networks and communities. Using three snapshots taken with a standard digital camera or a single snapshot taken from our high end Big Stage camera, Big Stage maps the detailed contours of your face to create your life-like 3-D replica, called an @ctor(TM) in seconds. Big Stage is ushering in a new era of digital media engagement by making it possible to become a part of the medium itself. The company is collaborating with studios, portals, social networks, advertising agencies and established brands to secure a continuing selection of engaging Big Stage-Enabled (BSE) content and experiences. Big Stage's 3-D capture technology stems from advanced stereo reconstruction technology funded by multiple government grants, including the CIA, as part of a nine-year cumulative research project at the University of Southern California (USC). Cool Cloud has been issued patents based on attaching advertisements to content on demand within a subscription model and multiple patents that cover the replacing of the ring tone on wireless devices with targeted and custom advertising messages. Other IP covers the cloud storage and distribution of digital content. Cool Cloud specifically focuses on the cloud storage and distribution of music and video content. Currently licensing IP.

    Stritz Studios is a creative services studio designed to provide high end tech and graphics services to the entertainment industry. In our first year of operations we secured deals with and produced cutting edge technology for ABC Family, Hip-Hop Recording artist Lil Jon, NBC (Treasure Hunters), Magical Elves Productions, FX Networks (Rescue Me) to name a few. Our worked ranged from Graphic Design to wireless delivery system implementation.

AVAudioSession Speaker Fix

Below is a code snipped that quickly solved what could have been a huge problem. In the development of the Affirmation Labs iOS App, I set a session up so my affirmation audio can loop and continue in the background regardless of home-button push and device lock. After this behemoth task and trickery was completed, I realized that during my AVAudioSession with Category set to AVAudioSessionCategoryPlayAndRecord, I had a huge issue with volume decreasing when the session was enabled. Once I created the fix for directing audio forcefully to the iOS speaker to retain my max volume level, I ran into another bug that certainly stumped me. When I would plug in headphones and unplug them during the audio session, the audio would revert off of the speaker and I would hear a huge decrease in iPhone audio. Much love to Jonas on StackOverflow for figuring this out and sharing it with the community. I’ve re-posted the code as a kickoff to my “Code” category on my blog as it certainly saved me a tone of time and investigation and is quite simple and elegant.
