Led the development and implementation of a series of initiatives to improve engagement among colleagues delivering the Co-operative Banking Group's £729m transformation plan.
Designed a communications strategy covering over 500 colleagues in the Co-operative Banking Group’s Change department and quickly implemented a number of changes to improve the impact and effectiveness of internal communications.
Developed a detailed business case for a project to develop the capability to provide banking services via mobile devices, bringing together senior stakeholders from across the organisation to agree the project scope and define benefits.
Delivered a project to design and implement a more efficient means of processing card payments for general insurance products in conjunction with a third party supplier.
