– Guide conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to drive continual improvement.
– Manage reporting and analysis for search marketing programs.
– Guide clients through analytics implementation, tracking and testing.
– Conduct heuristic usability reviews and provide recommendations.
– Write test plans for user test panel and distill response to recommendations.
– Manage landing page optimization (LPO) including design, development and testing.
– Manage pay-per-click (PPC), including keyword research, writing ads and bid adjustment.
– Manage search engine optimization (SEO), including research and optimizing content.
– Serve as liaison between agency, client and outside vendors.
– Collaborate with all members of team to produce successful results.
