like i think the thing that’s kept fire emblem out of the mainstream is the brutAL difficulty but at its heart it’s comparative to chess or mancala and ANYONE CAN GET GOOD AT THOSE STRATEGY GAMES ARE FUN AND GOOD FOR YOUR BRAIN OK
plus im just happy that awakening is having such an impact its a really good game and im so pleased so many people are open to trying it imM SORRY I TALKED TOO MUCH WEH

i really dont know if this is theory or headcanon but w/e here goes

roxas will be the one to ultimately destroy/kill xemnas IDK WHATEVER YOU WANNA CALL IT
because in a way, roxas is the only ONE person who can
keyword one because he is the only keyblader who can dual wield WITHOUT the assistance of drive or summons and such
and that’s important because xemnas cannot be defeated with anything less than two keyblades
also a noteworthy parallel is that the etheral blades are akin to dual wielding?? and xemnas himself moves in such a way that is highly stylized and eccentric about the fact that he ALSO wields two “swords”

but anyway so go refer to both gameplay instances where you fight xemnas
the final boss of kh2 and towards the end of kh3d
when sora and riku fight him, they effectively destroy him
but only after a loNG drudging battle resulting in a turbulent victory, that again
could only have been accomplished using two keyblades
when you fight him only as sora, however, the conditions OUTSIDE your control are different
this wasn’t even the real deal xemnas because sora was still trapped in his dream nightmare thingy
and the projection of the fight was doomed to fail from the outset

but truly the point is overall was te symbolisim of sora simply not being able to do it by himself
in fact if he hadn’t even attempted to fight xemnas there he wouldn’t have wasted his time and his energy and slipped into his trance and whatever its a mess

anyway, in a progressive sense
should roxas and everyone else get resurrected 
they’ve got their marks and his is xemnas

for a few reasons, but namely
there is such a peculiar balance/relationship between the two
in being the heartless leader of the org, xemnas literally ruined roxas’ life
he was directly responisble for xion’s death and axel’s betrayal and every emotional trauma that plagued him throughout the entirety of his existance

but in another light, xemnas is also directly responsible for roxas’ life at all
he literally christened him and awarded him purpose and directly introduced him to every concept and person he would eventually come to sp greeatly value
and it’s like
how to you justify what he took
but how do you demonize what he gave
????

and further it’s like
in awarding him life he provided him with the instruments for his own self-destruction
i mean who’s fault is it really?? like can you sit there and make a completely confident judgement call
i mean hell i know i can’t

but i do realize that if you approach it from another level, pretty much everything severly bad to happen to roxas can be construed as his own fault
he was selfish enough to fight xion for his right to exist and he was naïve enough to trust axel when he barely grasped the definition of the word
his fall from grace on an introverted level can be so equally and perfectly mirrored to the forces beyond his control that you can’t even
deduce who’s fault anything is at all

but obviously
xemnas is still very vile and detestable
it’s clear that his own premonitions and intentions coupled with the goals of all the norts as a whole contrast every positive concept this series has taught us to value 
it’s not like it’s any secret that their downfall is imminent but 
what’s worth bracketing is who, how, and why
