Marketing Manager B2B / ACO Industries k.s.
I'm responsible for marketing activities of ACO Industries k.s. which is the member of ACO Group and biggest production point of stainless steel floor drainage and manhole covers.
The main job is to coordinate the brand and marketing communication activities which are created, produced and executed globaly (mainly EU) from our office. I have five great colleagues in my team.
Besides that I have a standard agenda for such a position: budget, planning, project sponsoring and so on.
Product Manager B2B / ACO Industries k.s.
I was completely responsible for product life cycle of two product ranges with annual turnover 4 mil. EUR. I managed and coordinated international development teams using the Stage Gate methodology.
The main task (challenge) was to optimize existing portfolio and reduce the amount of different variations to minimum level and at the same time improve the core benefits of the product.
I managed to do so and reduced the portfolio from 2.000 articles to 200 articles and at the same time increased the profitability of whole portfolio by re-designing the product and re-positioning it.

Following regions under my responsibility: Scandinavia and Poland, Ukraine and Russia.
The main task was to implement (adapt) the global sales strategy in local market, educate the market and understand the regional differences. Job was very similar to Key Account Management, where different countries represented Key Accounts.
At the same time I was a member of Scandinavian Committee group and played the role of Technical Product Manager.

The main task was to help with selection of right product from ACO portfolio to particular project. To support the customer with technical information and to coordinate sales project. Other important part was product training of customers or introduction of new ranges.
