Lulu masters the bicycle. That expression says it all. A defining moment of childhood. The sense of pride and accomplishment.
She came at it a bit later than her brother. She learns different and at a different pace. We took it easy. No pressure. Training wheels were preferred to a balance bike. Then... up with the training wheels, a bit at a time, until she started to keep the bike upright naturally on her own. Now, she is mobile. Wobbly, sure, but mastering control.
