In charge of all the operational duties for Murad.com including; inventory management, site updates, and project management of all campaign necessities. Developed strong working relationships with other department which increased cross department campaigns and projects. Worked with several managers to support in Micro site update efforts and Social Media campaigns/launches.

Day to day activities included developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking Google Adwords and Bing Adcenter data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; maintaining databases; preparing monthly reports; social media implementation.

In charge of developing and implement a Social Media strategy. Created a custom facebook landing page, email generation marketing campaign, and organized all social media efforts.

Contracted to develop a social media strategy for ILWU Credit Union resulting in a Facebook page and a blog. Collaborated with ILWUCU employees to rebrand the company. Used the Adobe Suite to create the Facebook profile picture and a customer facing brochure. Developed the campaigns to launch the blog and Facebook page.

Responsibilities included the day to day account management of existing customers in a territory to retain brand loyalty. Also developed relationships with non customers to better position Xerox for when they are ready to buy new equipment and software.

After a formal classroom and field training, my primary responsibility at this position is to present and sell Cbeyond services to small-size and mid-size business customers, generating new revenue. Was responsible for a monthly sales quota through prospecting, face-to-face cold calling, and lead generation.

Responsible for leading promotions to increased brand awareness on campus. Developed, implemented, and coordinated marketing events for Apple products to the student body and faculty.

- Contributed to the 6% increase in Apple computer sales to students on campus.
- Developed strong working relationships with ASI, AMA, and the Campus Computer Store.
- Was one of ten selected out of 700 campus reps for a pilot program to administer a CSULB Apple facebook page.

Utilized guerilla and viral marketing strategies to increase the exposure to target audiences for clients.

- Invented a viral marketing strategy for bands that’s 56 times more effective then Facebook advertising.
- Restructured procedures to improve efficiency in daily tasks.

Created a database to analyze the hits, search engine ranking, keywords and the ratio of visitors to purchases of the company’s website in comparison to competitors.
