I am coordinating the Repair Order Processing team and the Proof of Purchase team, within HP. The team is formed by 21 employees spread across 10 countries.

I am a contract administrator in the New Business Quotes team for HP. My role is to be to communicating bridge between the sales department and the India back-office.

As Support and Testing Specialist handle the relationship with the customers who bought one of our products, namely PSA, which is a module of Microsoft Dynamics Axapta, as well as testing and documenting bugs appeared and reported by customers or discovered by me. After sending the test case to the development team and get back the solution created i test it and distribute it to the clients. Dynamics AX is the ERP product developed by Microsoft.

Recruiting people for one of the biggest companies in the world, such as IBM, DELL, Merryll Lynch, HBO, Viacom. Also i took part in the recruiting process for the new team in Romania.

I worked as a collection officer for AOL as part of an outsourcing contract between CGS and AOL.
