A local boutique’s fashion event was sponsored with graphic design services, a consulting booth and re-design giveaway.
The event sponsorship resulted in over a dozen new contacts, a few new projects and helped build an on-going relationship with the boutique owner. Having just moved to LA, it was a wonderful way to introduce myself to the community, while supporting local business owners & entrepreneurs.

Storyboard for a proposed :30 PSA for S.T.A.R.S., a teen program sponsored by Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood to promote TeenPregnancy.org.
Artisans were invited to network, mingle and showcase their talent at a hip hop masquerade at Atlanta’s Apache Cafe, featuring performances, live drawing, a full bar and giveaways.
The event was successful in bringing people together to have a good time, listen to good music and share their love of arts.
Artist development workshops were held before the event and surveys were conducted afterwards to gage overall satisfaction. The venue staff noted that it was the highest turnout they’d seen in a while.
“Ronnia might have steered us away from making a mistake in our ‘07 promotional plan by speaking up and providing a point of view that was counter to the team’s. That took guts! I have to say, I was extremely pleased (and proud) to get such strong, positive responses from our agency partners [regarding her internship].”
