I look at marketing as a blend of art and science; it really entertains me. The creative behind messages and campaigns mixed with the strategy of timing, channels, and consistency makes this my favorite component of business.

ARMLS assembled a Technology Committee to review new technologies complementary to the MLS and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.

The purpose of the Ambassadorial Scholarships program is to further international understanding and friendly relations among people of different countries and geographical areas.

The program sponsors several types of scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students as well as for qualified professionals pursuing vocational studies.

While abroad, scholars serve as goodwill ambassadors to the host country and give presentations about their homelands to Rotary clubs and other groups. Upon returning home, scholars share with Rotarians and others the experiences that led to a greater understanding of their host country.

To be able to help select the recipient of this awesome scholarship was amazing.

The Paradise Valley Rotary Club is a networking and service organization with the goal of improving the community in which we live.

PV Rotary participates with in the Dictionary Project by donating 3,000 dictionaries to every single 3rd grader in the Paradise Valley school district. Our club also contributes 2-yr and 4-yr scholarships to local students to assist and encourage higher education. We make monetary contributions to Neighborhood Ministries, St. Vincent de Paul Food Bank, Junior Achievement, and many other local organizations.

Our annual fundraisers and the clubs foundation provides the resources necessary to continue to support our community.

Our committee has a goal for 2010 of improving and potentially re-designing the District's website to meet the needs of today's internet users.

AAR hosts an annual Winter Conference to help Arizona REALTORS® stay up to date on industry changes, technology, emerging trends, and risk reduction strategies.

I was a loan officer stationed at a Phoenix real estate brokerage. L&G Mortgagebanc is a company that developed an online application/status platform for both employees and clients.

They previously allowed real estate agents to originate loans for their clients and they are now solely home for traditional loan officers.
