For nearly seven years I’ve been working at the forefront of the digital marketing industry including some of the best agencies in London. It's a fast paced environment...there have been a lot of changes including my job title but I have settled on the role of:
Content Strategist.
This involves planning and curating a content strategy on behalf of a brand that will resonate with the right audiences in social media. (I have also penned a few Facebook updates in my time.)
I've worked as a social media consultant, strategist, planner, account manager, sales manager and trainer. A true social media evangelist, I bring solid account management experience to social media, search and digital marketing/PR projects.
I’ve got great client relation skills and really enjoying developing, pitching and selling ideas. I initially was bought into the team as a freelance strategist to create and deliver a number of strategies for Land Rover on a local and global basis. This included tactical planning, tribe mapping and content ideas within the luxury consumer audience.
Staying with the team I held the role of Senior Account Manager/Project Manager to work on the execution of a number of campaigns including video shoots and developing and producing a local Facebook marketing strategy for a car launch.
Wunderman have a fantastic social media team and my time there was invaluable exposure to working in an integrated agency.
My role as social media consultant involves creating strategies, reporting, media planning and community management including
in depth research into consumer habits in sectors including mother and baby, automotive and gaming. I have also undertaken an audit into to the online and social behaviour in the private banking and finance sector.

Brighton Fusion was one of the first places that I really cut my teeth on journalism covering bar reviews, latest news on the music and club scene. Reporting gig reviews on a regular basis as well as listings, developing a fresh style and partnership with my sister Mary who is a photographer, we have established ourselves as a quirky and dynamic duo with charming networking skills .
My role here also involved helping to run and optimise the blog and set up social media and promote via networks.

My role here as an Account Manager is a client facing role between the rest of the team and the client.
