• Maintain all data and configure system tables within the Tessitura database as it relates to security groups and users, constituents, campaigns, appeals, contributions, and events.

• Proactively maintain data integrity by creating data entry standards and running audit reports.

• Develop views, ad-hoc reports and lists from Tessitura as requested by the Development, Finance, TeleFunding and Marketing departments using MS Excel, MS Access and/or SQL Server Enterprise Manager.

• Provide data analysis and decision support to Senior Management.

• Facilitate the FY reconciliation processes between the Tessitura system and the Finance department (Financial Edge) to assure that batch entry is accurate as well as maintaining archives.

• Configure Tessitura to handle new functionality in a manner consistent with Finance assigned General Ledger accounts and audit reporting needs.

• Maintain system and process documentation for the Administrator’s role and attend training sessions and meetings to build knowledge.

• Train development end-users and act as a help desk to answer ongoing questions and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Troubleshoots provisioning issues (DAVIC -Digital Audio Visual Interactive Council), (TCP/IP), and/or networking issues related to digital video components (digital set tops) and other network equipment to support the company's growth and/or expansion of the Digital Broadband Delivery System (DBDS) network.

• Investigates and resolves problems by first level analysis which are called in by TWCSD employees, and others.

• Administers aspects of operator/user access to the system, develops secure access procedures for new operators/users and documents procedures, provisions all related components and builds procedures to meet various task needs which underlie daily operation.

• Maintains and administers Oracle, SQL and Informix databases including querying and creating reports.

• Maintains a network backbone that connects between various sites including Barstow, Carlsbad, and desert location systems

• Manage all chapter databases, CHERS, Raisers Edge, ADHOC and Kintera Sphere. In excess of 160,000 constituents.

• Segment donors to maximize direct mail programs. Analyze results to refine future mailings.

• Trouble shoot problems, install new instances of databases train, educate and support 50 plus users.

• Compile custom reports for chapter Directors and CEO using Business Objects Crystal reports.

• Maintain chapter website and online giving program and monthly enewsletter.

• Provide annual chapter assessment reports to National Red Cross.

• Liaise with National American Red Cross and partners to implement data standards during times of disaster.

• Update chapter website content in collaboration with other departments.

• Design, create and distribute all chapter mass email communications.

• Provide data entry standards for staff members to follow to ensure quality of data.

• Maintain and update Development and Box Office databases consisting of approx 20,000 and 130,000 records respectively.

• Supervise Development Assistant to ensure gifts/pledges entered and acknowledged promptly.

• Profile donors through demographical research and analysis of previous giving history to provide high yield leads for annual telefunding campaign.

• Provide database training for all La Jolla Playhouse staff to maximize consistency and quality of data collected.

• Provide support and information for grant writer so that deadlines can be met.

• Track monthly giving to produce detailed Annual Fund reports.

• Contact donors on a regular basis by telephone/correspondence and in person.

• Assist with preparation of special events – mailings, invitations, seat requests for VIP donors.

• Managed conversion from Paradigm and Artsoft to Tessitura.
