Speaking of Simon Roy, here’s a sneak-peek of an 8 page story that he and I have coming out at some point later in 2012. The story is called “The Head Hunters” and will be appearing in an anthology called “The Hunt”. Details as they’re available.
I’m co-editing this anthology with Paul Maybury, and it’s going to be amaaazing.
Here’s my final cover for the Dogs of Mars trade which SHOULD be out in May. I finally figured out the final page count will be 120. ALMOST DONE!
There is a post on the website about Paul Maybury’s art that is now for sale in the store and his commission prices.
http://outofsteparts.com/ paul-maybury-art-for-sale-and-c ommissions/Thanks for all of the Tubmblr love, everybody.
Hey, all of the art mentioned before is up on the store. Please take a look! My computer seems to be at death’s door, so any purchases would be greatly appreciated.
I’ll have some new art from Paul Maybury up in the OOSA store soon. I’ll make the announcement on my Twitter and Facebook page when they go on sale, so be sure you are following me.
If you have some money burning a hole in your wallet, check back for this!
Pinup for the upcoming Butcher Baker trade by Mike Huddleston and Joe Casey. I really appreciate that Mike not only draws the hell out of that book but supplies some of the best modern comic coloring around.
When Brian Wood put out his online sketchbook i thought about doing one as well. I have no interest in doing a physical sketchbook, so here is the first of probably 4 collecting disposed drawings from the last ten years.

I might do the same!
I’m reposting this because more of you should have liked this. In fact, It’s my favorite thing I did all year.
Come on people.
I’m not 100% sure, but I think I gave the original to either Kody Chamberlain or Rob Guillory. I went through a phase of giving my favorite pieces away to friends. It just seemed like good karma.
As I was working on the collected Dogs of Mars book design, the writers asked me to draw one additional page that apparently went missing between script revisions. When I’m at the end of a book, every line on the final page hurts. Here’s 67B, the hardest page to draw. I learned a million things on this book, and it contains art I love and hate in it. I can’t wait for people to check it out this Spring!
Thanks to the writers, Johnny and Tony, as well as Gabe our letterer.
Also, thank you to the people who interned for me on this book. I hope you learned SOMETHING from me.

Im glad it got posted today, I haaate sitting on art because I always want to mess with it.
I did this in hopes of it being their new album cover. They're not using it, but I may not be above printing mine out and slipping it in the jewel case.
Hah, I'm still thinking in CD mode..
I drew this for Austin Books. It's their exclusive cover to the Unite and Take Over anthology.
I'm ashamed to say I traded this cover for a giant Wally Wood book.
Drew this for some friends that are making a movie and needed some art for a demon book. They will probably drop my giant signature..
Drew this for the Strange Tales party this weekend in NY. I wont be there, so you'll just have to look at this drawing and think of me.
I'm part of a new art collective Bristolwhip.
We'll be posting new art under different themes weekly.

I did this Rover commission, and thought it would be fun to reference Fantastic Planet, one of my favorite movies.
This was a commission I took on to recreate an old Daredevil cover. Took me a littler longer than I expected, but things have been pretty busy trying to get my new series wrapped up.
Here's a Page from Strange Tales II Issue 2.
I did a short story called Little Lies for it.
Pick it up, let me know what you think!
Spider-Man VS Carnage commission.
I'm available for commission, by the way..

Collaborated with Criterion to make a fake movie poster for a film festival. I did Roman Polanski's Repulsion.
Was asked to design a sidekick for Austin Book's new sidekick location down the street from the main store.
Did this for my friend Nathan Fox's new book Fluorescent Black from Heavy Metal.
I drew this for Free Comic Book Day over at Rogues Gallery here in good ol' Texas.
I'll be signing from 12-3ish and doing free sketches.
More info on CBR.

Also, if you get there in time, these will be available at the store as prints.
Drew this pinup for Savage Dragon. It still needs to be colored, so don't ask me when it's going to run.
brush and ink
This was also in the graphicnyc feature. I forgot to throw Nilsson in there, so I drew a separate image to through in there.

If you click the link I have a video of him performing if you want to check him out.
I drew this for my friend Finch.
