OpenGL gurus, is there any implicit order one must obey when creating an FBO and respective buffers? I'm seeing some weird behavior.

It’s obviously to cut costs. If it costed them _more_ instead than less they (and any other company for the matter) wouldn’t have done it yet. There are lots of things to worry about in the game industry, but this is not very high on my list.Asked by Ally 11 months ago

The first game I remember playing was Alley Cat, and I used to play it on a 8088 computer with my dad and my sister. I think I was around 4. But the game that made me want to become a game developer was Eye of the Beholder. I remember one time me and my dad started playing it around 4pm, next thing you know it was midnight and we didn’t even had dinner. That is what I wanted to create, something so engaging that nothing else would matter.Asked by Ally 12 months ago

I don’t believe such a programming language exists. There is no overall best programming language. More so, even reducing the scope of the question, it would still be impossible to choose the “best” one for game programming, web programming etc… The language that I mainly use is C++, but the more I use the more I’m leaning towards a C+ version of it (mostly C plus namespaces, and a few other small C++ features). As you’ve probably heard textbook OO C++ is surely not the best programming language.Asked by Formspring 12 months ago
