The 용수철 of a Shawol ★
I was released from the hospital the morning of our flight so I was worried that something might happen while we were in Seoul. Thankfully, the Lord released me from my worries with Psalm 121:8 and I ended up having a great time. Before the trip, I didn’t know anything about Shinee (I had friends who took that against me, haha!) but that was actually a blessing: to take in the energy and charm of the boys as it is, with no fangirl feelings. THEY WERE (AND STILL ARE) AMAZING. Dara is another story. I know of her, didn’t really like or dislike her, but when she spoke to us in Filipino, it was weird… and good. You could see that she’s still the same Krung-Krung. Pretty awesome for someone whose face is all over Myeongdong! It was a quick trip for me (we left the next day, but we had time to go to Han River, Hongdae and the only place in my Seoul checklist then: Coffee Prince!) but it left such a lovely mark in my heart. This was the beginning of a wonderful love affair with Seoul… and with Shinee, haha.
The LORD will watch over your coming and going, both now and forevermore. (Psalm 121:8)
