OVERVIEW
- This brochure gives a brief overview of The NeoVictoria Project® and its live action simulation on the Second Life® platform. A unique dark roleplay environment crafted with a Steampunk aesthetic, we welcome mature people searching for a supportive and collaborative community. The goal of The NeoVictoria Project® is to create a virtuous circle where roleplay becomes filmed story.

COMMUNITY WEBSITE
- The heart of NeoVictoria is our community website, dedicated to the role-players and film-makers in the project.The community website is a private place where we chronicle the storyworld as it unfolds and keep track of the administrative workings of the project. Served via the NING platform, this feature-rich portal has fully customizable personal pages where players have their own blogs, use live-chat to visit with other members on-line, send emails to friends, join in-character and out-of-character groups, upload photos and videos, and post discussions and roleplays. You don't have to be a member of the NeoVictoria Roleplay Group in-world or the community website to roleplay in Neo. However, if you enjoy your time with us and want to be fully involved, then joining is encouraged.

Avatars, Steampunk, Roleplay & Machinima ...that's The NeoVictoria Project in a nutshell. We've produced a new public webpage for the project that aggregates much of our web-presence. Its using a tool called "Flavors" that makes aggregation easy.

Historical Hunts produces great Second Life grid-wide hunts and they do two for the Steamlands every year. The current hunt is STEAM6 and its in production the entire month of March 2012. NeoVictoria is doing a mini-hunt this year. Its the first time we've done a hunt and its been a blast!
