A late night doodle from last night done to defrag my brain. I only wished I looked this ridiculous when I run.
To those askin’, no I will not be attending Anime North nor Fan Expo this year. Sorry dudes but its convention break year for me to focus on other things. But I’m planning to make it for DCAF in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia in August! Woooo maritimers!
Thank YOU! :D
aw crap. just made a super long fucking post and then I meant to re-post it but my ctrl + c didn’t take and now I’ve lost it … errr … never mind. It was just a ramble anyway.
ARGH.
OH HEY. Here’s where @FaithErinHicks and myself will be at #TCAF! Upstairs at table 260. The same spot we were at last year, actually. Hah. SEE YOU THERE.
Edit: I had the wrong table oops. :O Fixed now.
Cherry blossoms for the header of a thing. Thought they looked pretty. Alas it needs to be in B&W but yay flowers.
Just a tiny preview of the odds and ends I’ll have at TCAF this year! I’ll be with @faitherinhicks and @Miriam_Gibson so keep a look out and say hi!
Hey guys, the pre-order campaign for Nothing Can Possibly Go Wrong (my upcoming graphic novel with Prudence Shen) is still going, and has passed a couple of prize tiers! The next prize level includes a bunch of graphic novels as well as an original drawing of a NCPGW character done by me. Please spread the word and continue to pre-order the book (and get your friends/family/pets to pre-order too) for a chance to win fabulous prizes!
Remember, if we reach 500 pre-orders, Prudence will write a special epilogue for Nothing Can Possibly Go Wrong with artwork by me, for everyone to read! Go to the pre-order site for info and tumble this thing!
Thanks everyone.
Realized that my morning warm up reminded me of @ZoeQuinnzel sooo uh … here ya go Zoe! o_O
I don’t know about you guys but I think I’m madly in love with the polygonal lasso tool. I just … I can’t live without it now. I think I’ve finally found the perfect balance of clean shapes with my haphazard painterly style. POLYGONS EVERYWHEEEERRRREEEEEE.
I was really just urging to paint animals but it’s also Renaud’s birthday and he fucking loooves chinchillas! So yay!
WHAT WHAT WHAT. I finally painted something?! And it’s MORE Guacamelee fanart? Well of course it is. Because this game is out on PS3/PSVita tomorrow! Go check it out because the folks at Drinkbox Studios have done a fantastic job! Congratulations guys!

I’ve launched a new studio called Blunderbuss Games dedicated to making entertaining and challenging games that’ll leave you feeling rewarded and happy! I’m super excited to finally be able to tell you guys all about this endeavor of mine as those who know me, my passion will always and forever be in the games industry and I knew it was time for me to finally offer something more.
I’ll still be attending TCAF with the fabulous Faith Erin Hicks and Miriam Gibson, however I probably will not be attending Fan Expo this year, as an artist anyway.
But I hope you’ll help cheer us on as we’re in development of a strategy title aimed at tablets that we think will please you kids. I’ll be sharing more details soon! And drawings. MORE DRAWINGS.
Hooray!
