About
I am a pastor who specializes in strategy, leadership, and ministries development. I currently serve at Victory Family Church in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Each week at Revolution, the student ministry I over see, hundreds of students experience God and life together. I also have the privilege serving on the Creative team here at Victory.

MY BIOGRAPHY
I have worked in ministry for a little over ten years as a volunteer and full-time staffer. My church experience ranges from small town, rural ministry to mega-church experience. After graduating from Oral Roberts University with a degree in Practical Christian Ministry I landed in Kentucky. Here I was hired as the Student Ministries Pastor for the multi-site, mega-church of Evangel World Prayer Center. After a few successful years my wife Laurie and I headed south. We became part of the family of Jesse Duplantis Ministries working as the Student Ministries Pastors for Covenant Church in Destrehan, Louisiana. Life moved quickly and with senior leadership change, Laurie and I felt God’s leading again. Since we could not go any further south we headed to Pittsburgh. Here we are privileged to serve at one of the most balanced churches we have ever experienced, Victory Family Church lead by Pastor John Nuzzo.
In my free time I enjoy keeping a pulse on culture and technology, studying politics, developing leaders, growing management, and being an all-around Gym Rat.
MY VISION
My vision is to be a strong, positive, spirit-filled, legacy building ministry which believes in the power of Christ to transform life, contemporary in nature, nationally and internationally influential, and so compassionate that people are drawn from all aspects of culture into a loving circle of hope, where answers are found and acceptance is given. My mission is to bring people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that empowers and equips them to become who they were created to be through an authentic life of faith.

On a average, thirty years ago, the time spent in ministry was a thirty years tenure. Currently the average full-time ministry stint has dwindled down to fifteen years. Why has this downward spiral taken over a generation? Some say burnout, others speak to this generation lack of focus, but what answer cuts to the core [...]
In organizing sermon topics I have always needed a way to expatiate the process of planning. Over a few years I noticed a three point trend in my studying. These three points seem to be the bedrock for all series development or at least have been for me. The points below with their explanation, I [...]
Plan your work and work your plan. – Napoleon Hill This has been some of the best advice I’ve ever received. But finding a systematic way of planning and structuring my day seemed to elude me, regardless of the time management books and strategies I studied. I am partial to GTD but I needed something [...]
Money, Attendance Numbers, Budgets, Saving Analysis, Growth Trends, Etc – All of which are just means of performance and goal analyses! What gets measured gets managed. – Peter Drucker Assessing personal goals in regards to money, savings, or other numerical guidance in mind is not vain, selfish, nor self-seeking, rather just the mechanisms for honest [...]
Previously I wrote an introductory post to this makeshift series on REAL LIFE EVANGELISM. As I go through my day without the upfront “I’m a pastor” disclosure I am finding life a little different. Is evangelism really the work of pastors? Who Should Evangelise? … Paul writes to Timothy, a pastor, to “do the work [...]
How many pastors are actually, actively evangelizing in their communities through true one-on-one evangelism. As a full-time pastor and one in transition I have often wondered what the raw statistics would be on this thought. As a full-time pastor I noticed my evangelistic opportunities are mainly a result of my title not my lifestyle. Introducing [...]
Lately I have been questioning my self about hearing Gods voice as Laurie and I enter one of the most distinct transitions of our life. Does God relay speak to us? How do I know it’s His voice? I have often thought, “I want to hear His voice clearly but I also don’t want to [...]
Recently I reviewed this very thought provoking and ingenious book, THE MULTI-SITE CHURCH REVOLUTION. If you have ever thought of why churches are heading to the multi-site model or what efforts are extended to develop a these models, this is the book for you. The authors have many combined years of real life experience with the [...]
