It is a digital qualitative research company with a unique philosophy that combines "Beta`s Theory"(most influencers) with online communities and other digital platforms. Its core is to live subjects daily with consumers, identify their needs and to get the best insights.
As the Consumer Insights, I was responsible for developing online methods for qualitative research: surveys, diaries, online focus groups,, online marketing research communities (OMRCs) and other methods of gathering insights online.
Worked for clients such as: Pepsico (Pepsi, Gatorade,Ruffles, Doritos), Itaú (Bank), C&A (Fashion), Unilever (OMO) and some other great companies that I can't mention ;)
