Intern, Technology Practice (Automobiles) / Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide
- Composed, edited, and translated speeches, letters, and Q&A key messages for the Mercedes-Benz “smart & Kobe 24 hours” event held on July 20th at Shanghai’s Mercedes-Benz arena, where over 200 smart car owners gathered in this initiative for smart’s brand campaign “Big, In the City.”
- Edited numerous campaign presentations and media kits, including a Volkswagen Import Company Ltd. (VICo) pitch retainer, and Mercedes-Benz smart car event proposals in Beijing and Shanghai.
- Coordinated and supervised the Ogilvy PR Summer Internship Project, a simulation pitch for existing client Unilever, delivering an integrated marketing campaign for the nation-wide launch of Dove Men+ Care deodorant products in China.

- Assisted in the execution of ROM’s blockbuster exhibition The Warrior Emperor and China’s Terracotta Army by writing copy for print ads, creating workback schedules and creative rotations, assisting in onsite media events, and maintaining correspondence with sponsors and other promotional partners.
- Coordinated the trafficking of multiple television spots for The Warrior Emperor exhibition, obtaining Requests for Quotations, working with the ROM’s New Media Department, and ensuring accurate distribution of over 20 spots to 4 different Canadian national broadcast stations.
- Acted as lead coordinator for a community partnership event at Pacific Mall, including liaising with the venue’s Marketing Manager, ensuring deliverables on both sides were clear and met, and overseeing production of materials for event display.

- Prepared Mandarin & English translations for gallery publications, documents for the Museum of Modern Art Projects Series 90 and 92 in New York City, and for online publications such as ArtZine and ArtDaily.
- Contacted Biennales, festivals, journals, and magazines to secure advertising space, and managed artist portfolios to promote the initiative of Beijing Commune and PaceWilderstein Beijing as contemporary galleries and cultural institutions.
- Strengthened knowledge and passion for contemporary Chinese art through two complete months of immersion in the language and culture, and through discussions with exhibiting artists and other key figures in the contemporary Chinese art world.
