Responsible for the execution of events from start to finish, including client consultation and coordination of the internal service providers (e.g. catering, facilities management, parking, police, media support) and onsite management of events. Coordinate with departmental staff on component pieces of more-complex full-service events, such as invitation production, database creation and management, and vendor research. Daily responsibilities entail the handling of external client inquiries, preparation of facilities for usage and associated fee structure proposals. Budget planning tasks include the generation of cost estimates and contracts for clients, and follow ups for all documentation required for vendor payment.

Complete administrative duties, such as answering phones and tranferring calls, checking emails, typing evaluations, and assisting students that come into the office.

•Performed revenue and sales analysis for FIT organizations. Utilized central reservation system to monitor supply and demand of room nights annually. •Completed market analysis projects and submitted recommendations about profitable opportunities. •Member of the sales team; worked with key account managers to negotiate annual contracts for Derby Hotels worldwide.

Remain active on BU's AE Facebook Page on a weekly basis, generate awareness on campus and get fellow students excited and involved in the program, coordinate, promote and help execute program activities that promote AE brand awareness.
