With my leadership hat on, I grow, manage and lead digital driven businesses so now I am growing my own. I am passionate about all things digital to develop enriching and inspiring products, services or experiences.
The Opposite Day network works across strategy, consulting, experience design, creative direction, operations and delivery.
We are taking all our diverse expertise and mashing it all up together. It is about transforming businesses with a bit of creative thinking, design leadership to make great & sustainable products & services.
On the business side, my own experience moves between strategic business planning and managing the pipeline to ensuring the right people and processes are in place the results are growing and expanding companies with year on year revenue growth. I have been instrumental in helping agencies build a digital capability from scratch or improve their existing offering. Working client side, I have transformed businesses by developing innovative, successful and profitable digital products as well as recommending suitable business models, advising on what types of staff and processes are required or helping select appropriate digital partners.
On the creative side, I am a multi-disciplinary creative and conceptual thinker and apply a user-centric and iterative design approach to all projects. My area of expertise is user experience and strategy but I have an in-depth knowledge across disciplines including: planning, design, art direction, technical frameworks and a strong pedigree in programme management including Agile.
My leadership style is collaborative and I work with a great team of people to make this new network a reality.

Opposite Day is a network of strategists and creatives that help transform organisations as well as their products and services from the inside out.
We aim to challenge conventional business thinking, provide a little bit of disruptive innovation and creative change through design leadership. And in the end see business grow and flourish because of it.
We work closely with organisations, sometimes inhouse, sometimes more like an agency.
We not only make great products but we help put in the right processes and people in place to ensure the products grow and evolve even after our role has finished.
A blend of design strategy, user-centred design, product innovation and organisational transformation all mashed up to together. And we make cool stuff too.

In London we run monthly events that aim to educate, promote and inspire women to take up digital creative careers.
