•Successfully led and launched the Boost Mobile Indirect Authorized Retailer Sales Strategy program that migrated a web application with approximately 10k users, to the Sprint infrastructure from a third party hosting environment.
Result: Efficient production support model and an annual savings of $48k for the company.
•Sales Portal IT Technical Subject Matter Expert (Sprint Prepaid Sales Portal provides the ability to perform Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile Activations, Handset Swaps, Plan Changes, Plan restarts, and Replenishments).
Result: Dealers can get convenient and accessible functionality to improve their customer service.
•Led and managed the decommissioning of two hosting environments to one.
Result: Eliminated a monthly hosting fee of approximately $15k.
•Led the 2010 Boost Mobile Super Bowl online readiness effort.
Result: This increased the capacity of the existing web infrastructure, and exceeded the business requirement of 1.2 million page views per hour.
• Responsible for effectively analyzing technical requirements and succinctly communicating them to the business
• Daily partner with Boost Mobile web team (24/7) basis to address all technical needs and requirements in conjunction with Sprint IT, as well as mentor designers and developers by providing web, operational, infrastructural best practices.
