Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of 11+ projects at the Environment and Energy Unit of UNDP Indonesia (including REDD+).
Dataclim - Cooperation with the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology Climate and Geophysics (BMKG), strengthening its capacity, information and knowledge management processes in order to fulfill its new mandate of national provider for Climate Change Adaptation analysis to Line Ministries.
Work included but not limited to:
- define and operationalize indicators, impact chain and Monitoring & Evaluation process
- prepare for reporting to project commissioner (2.1 Mio. Euros from German Ministry of Environment)
- facilitate information exchange between national and regional Climate Change stakeholders regarding Climate Services
- conduct user needs assessment with National Agencies and Ministries
- prepare jointly activity planning and budgeting
- foster strategic cooperation with other Development Partners
- member of Community of Practice on Climate Change Adaptation methods at Durban COP17
AIMS - Cooperation with the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) for the implementation of the national Aid Effectiveness policies described in the Jakarta Commitment, supporting the design and deployment of an Aid Information Management System (AIMS) following the Paris Declaration principles and facilitating the 2011 Monitoring Survey of the Paris Declaration conducted by the OECD.
- advise the directorates of Development Funding Utilization and Planning
- support actively the national Aid Effectiveness dialogue
- train and give guidance to 20 bilateral and multilateral donor agencies (EC, JICA, ADB, World Bank, UN systems, etc.)
- cooperate with UNDP Indonesia for the facilitation of the 2011 Monitoring survey of the Paris Declaration
- propose activity planning and budgeting
- establish initial assessment of requirements and contacts with governmental stakeholders
- conduct national preliminary and final surveys for Aid Effectiveness with the Government and the Donor community
