@mdy1 Good question. Polaroid is back in the game (as a brand name, at least). But it looks more and more like cell phones stole the market.

@embereye There is hope for winter weather yet.
-
Five minutes later, the snow appears to have stopped. A symbolic representation of this winter, a colleague asks?
-
There is snowfall in New York. Weird.
-
If the last month of internet videos has taught me one thing, it is that a lot of different people say a lot of different s#*t. I get it.
-
@n_r_g Right? I don't even want to explore some of that irony.
-
Salon cuts post count by a third, gets 40 percent increase in readers http://t.co/jecEGfss (i.e. don't publish unoriginal junk)

Profile
Summary
Born on the California coast and raised in the cradle of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, I’m a New York transplant taking Manifest Destiny in the opposite direction.
Professionally speaking, I’m a communications pro with a background in journalism, marketing and public relations who has a penchant for all things electronic and a flair for social media. Along the way I’ve worked for small town newspapers, national nonprofit associations and magazines with audiences spanning everything from a small region to an entire continent. I’ve written blurbs, blogs, editorials and articles, and put together podcasts, videos and entire Web sites.
In the name of fun and adventure, I enjoy spare time hiking, biking and skiing. I love music – live or recorded – adore the cinema, and someday want to be able to consider myself a great photographer. Beyond that, I rarely say no to a new experience and get a kick out of exploring the city I live in.
