Yup, one of my favorite photography subjects. I never notice the ‘downtown cinema’ sign - specifically the ‘downtown’ part.

My new setup! After one year I finally feel at home here! Also, the monitor is close! Something I’ve been scared of/averse too for ahwhile! Hey-yo electrosensitivity!

We are indeed shooting at the higher frame rate. The key thing to understand is that this process requires both shooting and projecting at 48 fps, rather than the usual 24 fps (films have been shot at 24 frames per second since the late 1920’s). So the result looks like normal speed, but…

Hmmm, interesting. I’ll have to see it to not think it looks cheesy. I still like my 24p “film look”

Bring it on I say. Don’t kill film but let this new stuff happen…eventually it will be the new old?

I don’t even know if this is dragonball z

but my brother luke once played a super nes emulator of a dragonball z fighting game, with still frame cutscenes of dragonball z characters, and japanese subtitles

To the delight of myself and my sister kari, he created voices for all of the characters

and it definitely had something to do with a van full of muffins

I storm into the downstairs 532 union bathroom. Justin is on the pot. I want to use the potty. So I forcefully push the lever and down he goes.

Cut to later that night. I’m sleeping…on the top bunk of the bunkbed (his bunk). I see his silhouette. He is swimming above me….somewhere between the ceieling in the attic. He passes by like a long shark and dissapears.

So that’s where toilets go.

Alleyway by what is now the bike trail. Old persons home on my right. Johnny’s house is the next block - or was I going the opposite direction? I think I was on my way home. I was scared - pitch black but for city lights.

CP30 and R2D2 on the next block - just like on tatoine. I see CP30 waving to me. I’m scared. I don’t know why I was scared. But I was terrified - maybe it was because they were not making a sound.
