I am fluent in most dialects of HTML and CSS, with a particular focus on accessibility for visual and hearing impaired, using Section 508 standards. I have a working knowledge in Adobe applications along with their alternatives such as GIMP and Microsoft Expression Web. I also have training in interface organization.
