Khona Rybak

Hello everyone!  This is me, Khona Rybak, also known as Sifu LaRocque & chief instructor of the Onoway Kwoon.  I am now 27 years old, and still 5'4" short.  I've been training at Silent River Kung Fu since I was 9, when my mother put both my brother and I in the Onoway class.  She always said she wanted her kids to be comfortable and capable in water, in the air and on land- this was our land.
I'm not normally as girly as I look in this picture, but a girl has to spruce herself up once in a while.
This is now my fouth year in the UBBT, but if I say first year in the I Ho Chuan it sounds less... painful.  Its an incredible team, and I look forward to the year to come.
