That was the tightest, longest and most emotional hug you’ve given me ever since we became friends when we were 12. You didn’t speak, you didn’t budge, you didn’t even make a sound. We said goodbye goodnight please take care till we see each other again in two years. Well, maybe.

At this age, I suddenly regret having more male friends than female friends. The boys I hang out with are pretty much my childhood friends whom I’ve known for at least 10 years and I regret treating them like my brothers because they treat me like a brother too. But some boys are stupid; they think it’s okay to diss a girl and make sexist remarks which aren’t even necessary. I don’t care if I don’t appear as feminine as your ideal types but I’m a girl and that’s what matters ugh. Why are boys so harsh and dense?

HAPPY LUNAR/CHINESE NEW YEAR, FOLLOWERS!

Having to celebrate this occasion at home again this year feels somewhat strange. I have certainly forgotten how it feels like to be surrounded by people talking, laughing and bickering from every direction. Unlike how it was last year, there’s just too much noise at home right now and I can’t handle it. It’s great to be receiving red packets, stuffing my face with food and all that, but I wish that Lunar New Year was a quieter and less chaotic celebration.

But anyway, may you all be blessed with good health and fortune throughout the year of Dragon!
