So…days after my first nephew came along, my sister gave birth to a beautiful baby boy – Zane. This is the poster I designed for them to get printed (hopefully on canvas).
My very first nephew was born this year, shortly followed by another stunner 3 weeks later! This is a poster I made as a thank you to Tommy’s (as I affectionately call him) parents for helping me redecorate our bathroom.
This composition was written with video in mind, a good soundtrack to a made up film. Produced in Reason, this is the latest music piece that will be sold at Audio Jungle.
I’ve been fortunate this 2012 to work with the boys at Ink & Water, it’s always good fun bouncing off other creatives especially when you really get on with them. This February, they were approached to make the Hope City Church Magazine displaying a mixture of articles in a fresh and innovative way. One article by Dave Gilpin was called “Shift Happens” and I was asked to do the artwork for an A3 spread. Using Cinema 4d, I incorporated these photos that I’d previously directed in a photoshoot. The result was a really interesting, fun to look at 2-page spread. Rob Ellerington then added the text and a couple of 2d clouds in InDesign afterwards to finish off the article.
Since the start of the year, having gone freelance full time, I’ve been working with friends Rob Ellerington and Simon Blois at Ink & Water Ltd. I’ve been really keen to help expand their vision and business as well – but the first thing to do was to build them a website. They wanted it to be a showcase of their skills and the vision in HTML code. I came up with this parallax scrolling website and used epic photos to add to the grandeur. I love it.
The Night of Honour is a community awards ceremony hosted in various locations across Britain, the brainchild of Hope City Church. We were involved in making numerous videos at these fabulous nights. Here is one of our favourite award videos, presenting the final three nominees in Sheffield’s Secret Angel Award.
Software: Cinema 4d, Final Cut Pro, Apple Color

Here is a showreel of just some of the stuff I’ve been working on this year.
