I get to help businesses move from the analog to the digital and I have been doing it for longer than I can even remember.     Senior Manager driving the global Search and Social efforts for customer acquisition across Logitech's direct sales channel. Managed budgets and media spend in the e-direct channel (revenue, P&L) for multiple product groups and engaged or drove relationship with agency vendors or 3rd party media platforms. (SEM, Ad Exchanges, Facebook). Worked with engineers to drive improvements to infrastructure, workflow and governance of the Logitech web properties. Traveled evangelizing & training SEO & SEM professionals on how to improve their performance in Bing. Designed the help & support publishing pipeline between Visual Studio & the MSDN/TechNet Publishing System. Led SEO activities across MSDN & TechNet & integrated SEO into the web analytics program. • MSDN Feedback Center - Designed platform that enabled customers to provide feedback directly into Visual Studio 2005 product pipeline. • MSDN & TechNet search - Started as an incubation project for improving help & topic search.
