Project chaordination, is a means by which a goal is collectively achieved, brought about by the collective will. Team members function autonomously, guided by their passions and intrinsic motivations. Successful chaordination relies on understanding these motivations, unblocking obstacles that stand in the way of a person achieving their goal. Stoking the internal fires, nurturing and enabling.
At present I’m chaordinating 22 people to bring into being a free workshop of epic proportions at the DMY festival. This is a testament to the passions, drives, desires and capabilities of those doing it. Without them there would just be a vision, instead we have asynchronous stories combining to tell a multifaceted tale, and an event that will shine.

Big mouth, big ears.
Anything that requires a big mouth, confident speaking, cocky playful demeanor I can do comfortably. But I also possess big ears, I know how to listen, to observe. To be willing to butt in to ensure that the meeker have their say, to translate, and identify when people are saying the same thing from different perspectives.
