Deposit Requirements
Reservations are considered tentative until a signed copy of this agreement is received with the required deposit (see below). The full deposit will be applied to the event’s final bill.
· Back Garden - $1,000
· Theater - $150
· Alicia’s Patio - $100
· Private Dining Room - $50
Confirmation
Reservations that are not confirmed with a deposit are still considered an inquiry. Reservations will be held for 72 hours pending receipt of the deposit.
Facilities Fees/Capacity/Event Hours
· Back Garden - $750 (250 maximum capacity)
· Theater - $150 (85 maximum capacity)
· Alicia’s Patio – $50 (56 maximum capacity)
· Private Dining Room – no charge (25 maximum capacity)
Weddings are booked for all day. Non-wedding events are booked for 4 hours - additional hours can be booked for an additional fee.
Private Bar
A private bar can be set up for a $200 fee. You have the choice of a hosted or non-hosted bar.
Wedding Ceremonies
The fee is $250.00 which includes white chairs, a white aisle runner, and an undecorated wedding arch.
Service Charges and Taxes
An 18% service charge and 8% sales tax will be added to all food and beverages. The service charge is subject to states sales tax.
Outside Food and Beverage
Due to State Health Department and Alcohol Beverage Control laws and regulations, all food and beverages must be prepared and served by our staff. Exceptions include your wedding cake and wine that would be subject to a corkage fee.
Linens
Jardines de San Juan provides a variety of lines at an additional fee.
Seating
Back Garden and Alicia’s Patio seating arrangements are round tables that seat 6.

This Easter Sunday also would have been Manuel Santana’s 86th birthday. Swing by the Santana Gallery (located right next the restaurant) to see his artwork this weekend.
We will have a booth at the Santa Cruz Bridal Expo. It will be held at the Coconut Grove. Our event coordinator will be there to answer all of your questions from 10am until 4pm on Sunday January 27th.
