Hi I'm Ilyana Castaneda. I'm from San Diego, California. I started this
page because I really enjoy working out and staying healthy and I want
to help you do the same. Through this page I hope to post useful
information that will help the both of us on our fitness journey.
working out helps me remain fit and continues to help to stay positive.
It's all about trying to find that balance. I feel it's important for
me to stay healthy and fit not only for myself but for my son as well.
He's my main priority. I also gotta practice what I teach him right?? I
like to get my son involved in what I'm doing so that he understands
that fitness and health is a part of finding that balance. I'm a very
active person and I teach so I need all the positive energy I can get!
My niece started her fitness Journey this January of 2011. Being her aunt and a Beachbody®Independent Coach I was able to Coach her. She started wtih the Shakeology® 3 Day Cleanse and the Slim in 6® Workout. After she finished her Shakeology® 3 Day Cleanse she continued with one Shakeology® a day as a meal replacement. It is now June 5th, 2011. Since then she has lost over 20 pounds with Shakeology®. She finised the Slim in 6 six week program and is currently working out to ChaLEAN Extreme®. She has experienced great results and is now living a healthier lifestyle.

Day 62 Done! Click like of you're getting your weekend workout in Technically done with the workouts just the fit test tomorrow and I've DONE INSANITY! Feels great to complete it and receive my official passing certificate to teach Insanity, coach it and help you create a bikini season /rock hard bodyThis has definitely pushed me but worth it. Who else feels great when you completed something?
Fit Friday! Jump cause its a 3 day weekend! Click like when you did. Glad I workout in the mornings because on Friday evenings are mine! Looks like I jumped and my heads outta the pic lol Have a great weekend. 1 more day then the final fit test!
1⃣2⃣3⃣ Switch Kick did you do it? Click like if you did. Day 60 theres actually 3 more days. Cardio Core &Balance my fav workout in mo 2 lol change of pace. Not sure I'll ever totally love switch kicks though
Work It Wednesday-Ready 1⃣2⃣3⃣Lunge or Power Strike with me! Or do both! Click like if you did. Pushing through the final days of Insanity!!! Is it easy no...if be lying to you if I said it was a piece of cake. But is it worth it and doable YES! I kinda remind myself of the little engine that could when I work out to insanity because in my head I tell myself I CAN DO THIS!! Anyone else do that?!? Please comment below and let me know

I wouldn't say Insanity is my strong point but I'm getting better each day! Sometimes you gotta push yourself to do something you're not comfortable with to get results.
