I am a father of two, a martial artist and a outdoor enthusiast. My favorite past times are spending time with my family either out camping or training at the Kwoon.
I enjoy passing on what I have been taught to adults a children alike.
I am on a journey towards mastery in all aspects of my life and would invite anyone to follow along with me, as I walk down that road.
