Welcome to Digital Tools For Architects II (Rhinoceros 4 & Vectorworks)!
This is our course website. It is the same website as the Digital Tools For Architects course offered in the Fall semesters. I am using the same website so that you (in the DTFAII course) have access to all the resources from the DTFA course. I will add additional Tutorials (covering Rhino & Vectorworks) as they are available. You will need to register (if you haven’t yet taken DTFA in the fall) so that you can post your work to the course website at the end of each lab.
Welcome to Architecture 135 for the fall 2010 semester at Diablo Valley College. This is the course website. You will need to register and complete Exercise 1.1 by the end of lab today. The exercise will be handed out in class and a downloadable copy will be available under the Exercises tab on the course website. The course syllabus is available under the Course Info tab.
Please also take a moment to browse through our course website. Sample student work is available under the Showcase tab and tutorials and other resources are available under the Resources tab. The next two class/lab topics are at the top of the right sidebar and a complete course calendar is available under the Calendar tab.
We are fortunate this year to have new computers in our lab thanks to Professor Abbott and a generous grant. Guidelines and procedures for using these new computers will be discussed in class.
After some work sorting out why the website wouldn’t allow us to login, I discovered an error in the .htaccess file on the linux server. All is fixed now though!

Welcome to Construction 144: Materials & Construction for the Spring 2009 semester at Diablo Valley College! This is our course website. On this site, you will find links to important information including the syllabus, course calendar, schedule, and lectures. After each lecture, I will post my slides as well as other important information. This website also has a discussion forum, (click here!) which will have weekly topics. You will need to respond to the topic, giving detailed, thoughtful answers as well as respond to other class members’ posts. This activity will be monitored and will help make up your participation grade for the course.
