- They talk about elephants and their love for one another. The sheep on the ground is Taffy. The leader of the flock. The matriarch. At 12 fantastic years, she is about to die. We all will miss her!

- New babies at the Farm. This is one of the best times of year here at F&F. We're expecting many more of these cuties.

- Wool Factoid: Garments from merino wool isolates extremely well. The merino fibre is crimped, and this fibre structure results in millions of tiny air pockets in the fabric. These air pockets lock in body heat, and creates a buffer zone against the cold.
- Wool Fact: Wool is a natural water/liquid repellent. Tiny overlapping scales encase the wool fiber like tiles on a roof. This allows wool to repel rain, snow and liquid spills with ease.

- Today's hungry Flock... amazing blankets these guys make for us to share with you! Factoid: Wool is extremely durable. Wool can be bent back on itself as many as 20,000 times without breaking. For cotton that number is 3,000 times, silk 2,000, and rayon even less yet. Wool can be stretched up to 30% of its length when dry and 50% of its length when wet without breaking.
- Factoid: Amazing to think about the fact that sheep have a field of vision of around 300 degrees, allowing them to see behind themselves without having to turn their head.
