- Finished planting beans last night and started replanting. We lost about 40% of our beans from that 5" rain

- Ethics are very important to us when marketing our cattle, glad to see this post from Livestock Promotions explaining just that!
- The weather has been really good to us on our farm so far this spring. Today we are working hard planting soybeans.
- It is a good day at Haley Farms, we flushed cows today, normally we don't do that on Sunday but you do what you have to. If you have any interest we now have Movin Forward eggs out of Jewels Dream and NJC Laredo eggs out of Tatum. Tatum is a direct daughter of Sloup's Magnetic Lady and a full sister to Kasl's donor Magnificent Dream. This young cow's first two daughters sold for 5k and 4k, these are going to be awesome calves. - What The individual that researched this was assuming was one is getting a degree just to get a job. I went to college to learn the skills required for my career.... job.... lifestyle that I chose. For me it was never about getting skills for a future job, but to gain the skills needed to ensure I could continue doing the best possible job for our families farm.
