--> Inspirational Stores was founded in 2007 by Michel de Guilhermier and Martin Genot to be a performance based web agency. Several luxury brands outsourced their entire online activities to Inspirational Stores; from developing the web shop to handling traffic acquisition. Former clients are brands such as Antik Batik, Lamarthe, Delvaux, KOT, Maison de la Truffe, Kaspia... I have set up the affiliate programs for those brands in several countries throughout Europe. --> Inspirational Stores changed its business model and strategy in July of 2009. The company merged with D3T Distribution. D3T is the company behind web shops Motoblouz.com and Cuir-City.com. --> My job ; - Affiliate programs : I have set up the affiliate programs for these two web shops. You can check out our programs on NetAffiliation.com. Our main focus is on Motoblouz, French market leader in online sales of motorcycle equipment. The Motoblouz program is well animated (we organize a challenge or incentive once a month and our creatives are replaced on a regular basis). Currently one out of 4 orders is generated (directly or indirectly) through our affiliate program. - Partnerships : I have negociated several long term partnerships and thus increased Motoblouz's online presence on key business-related websites such as Moto-station.com, Moto85.com, Motoservices.com, Lequipement.fr, Motorevue.com, Motomag.com, and MotorsTV.com, while keeping in mind our ROI. - Collection of qualified opt-in email adresses : We collected about 10 thousand qualified opt-in (biker) profiles through the latest game I set up. - Redefinition of Motoblouz.com's checkout : The former checkout process consisted of 10 steps. I optimised it to 5 steps and thus increased the webshop's conversion rate significantly.
