I am a planner with global experience who prefers to work closely with creatives rather than post-rationalise via 100-slide powerpoints. I thrive in a team atmosphere that encourages conversation, collaboration and excellence. I push to get the most out of every idea and opportunity. The work starts with me, but the magic is in execution and I support that as much as I can.
I am not from a traditional account planning background and as such my world view is slightly different. My background is in creative departments but I found my place doing brand strategy work.
I am highly interested in the future of advertising agencies. As a systems thinker I can be a bit of a process nut too; always analyzing how and what we do, plus how powerful a good culture can be.
For better or worse, I am a feasibility freak -- concerned with making what's relevant to both brand behaviour and consumer behaviour. The consumer's context is my starting point and lens through which strategic decisions are made.
In summary, I am a motivated, passionate, creative problem solver who is fixated on making the most of every idea.
