      • Redesigned how reporting works, converting a tedious 7-step wizard into a simple drag-and-drop web app that lets users see their reports as they build it. • Worked on making complex, advanced analytics features such as bucketing, exception and cross-object reporting intuitive and easy to use. • Designed a visual process modeler, a patent-pending product that appeared in TechCrunch and was chosen by Gartner as a reason why salesforce is a leading visionary in the CRM industry. • Designed Opportunity Genius, a patent-pending feature that allows sales reps to find, compare and bookmark deals similar to the ones they are working on. • Presented at the 2010 Bay Area jQuery conference on the importance of high-fidelity prototypes.
