Ensemblage is a creative production company that works in co-creation with her partners to create bespoke events, presentations, talkshows, pressconferences, films, online platforms..and any other format that would do it. We start from scratch, focus on concept and objectives and deliver a hassle-free organization. We don't do decoration. Our philosophy can be defined by agility, originality, sustainability, state of art and play. As a creative incubator we very much like to add new, lovely things to the world.

On 11 March, 2011, people interested in service and customer experience met all over the globe. In a spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams had 48 hours to develop brand new services inspired by a shared theme, (super)heroes. Within the Marketing & Communication departement my first responsability was the corporate identity of the company. I defined the corporate brand, baseline and housestyle, developed new businessunits and visualised new products within our market. As a Project Manager I was responsable for the organisation of events; from high-end exclusive workshops to tools demo days to competency management congresses. I also did the P.R. and managed projects like the corporate website and the corporate magazine. Further I created numerous online/viral/cross campaigns and developed my own vision on imagebuilding and corporate, strategic marketing.

Within the Marketing & Communication departement i helped organising events; from high-end exclusive workshops to tools demo days to client events and competency management congresses. I kept the contacts with our media partners and managed specific projects like the corporate website. Together with my colleagues I defined our corporate brand.

Producer of the FACE project- WSLOT. (Women See Lot of Things) about female childsoldiers in Sierra Leone which was shown at several places in the world, in Belgium at the Vooruit in Ghent.

The organisation identifies new developments in visual arts and music in relation to technology and pop culture. <>TAG presents visionary and innovative work, created by artists who communicate clearly about their work, making it accessible to a wide audience. An important focal point is the initiation of collaborations and research. The activities include exhibitions, symposiums and concerts. Results and context are published in print a well as on the Internet.

Organiser and artistic programmer of the WORMsalons and Probe formats for avantgardistic organization WORM. We presented sonic acts, audio and video installations, live cinema, art, music, with a special focus on the cross-overs and experimental stuff.
